GDP全年能否「保3」 經部審慎以對
行政院主計總處今天(31日)上午公布第2季經濟成長率(GDP)，年增率只有0.64%，較5月時預測數3.05%大幅減少2.41個百分點。經濟部長鄧振中表示，第二季GDP表現不如預期，主要是因為出口表現不佳，但在投資、消費、就業以及企業利潤表現都還不錯，經濟部下半年會加強出口拓銷，找出原因對症下藥。至於全年GDP能否「保3」，他強調經濟部會審慎以對。
經濟部長鄧振中31日主持今年度第一次「招商投資暨改善經營環境推動」會議後受訪表示，主計總處公布的第二季GDP，較預測數大幅減少主要原因在於出口表現不佳。他強調今年出口不如預期，根據經濟部的研究分析，主要還是因為石化產品受原油價格下跌，導致產品價格也下降，但是整體產量並沒有減少，所以包括就業以及公司利潤也都沒有受到影響。
鄧振中也指出，除了原油價格下跌衝擊出口表現，另外還有一個原因就是大陸市場今年較為疲弱，也影響台灣國內電子產業。鄧振中說：『(原音)另外就是電子的產業也有減少，它有很多原因，較大的原因是大陸市場較為疲弱，因為他們就買的少，所以出口就會減少，這是全世界大家共同面臨的問題。』
不過，由於先前經濟部對於全年GDP能夠持穩在3%以上表示樂觀，如今第二季GDP年增率只有0.64%，對於全年「保3」，經濟部是否仍有信心？鄧振中表示，從各項數據來看，第二季包括投資、消費、就業、薪資以及企業利潤表現都還不錯，顯示情勢仍可以掌控，經濟部會審慎以對，繼續努力，下半年會加強出口拓銷，找出原因對症下藥。
